Minmosa is a small local operation. We manage a limited number of Durham homes and look after them for the long term. There is no call center and no regional office — you deal with the same Minmosa team throughout.

In practice that means inquiries usually get a same-day answer, maintenance goes to someone who knows the house, and the terms you are quoted are the terms you sign. We publish our criteria and our process so you can work out whether we are a fit before spending anything on an application.

We rent to whoever qualifies. Minmosa follows the federal Fair Housing Act and North Carolina fair housing law, and applies the same written criteria to every application in the order it is received.
