For renters
How to apply
Five steps from finding a home to picking up the keys. Nothing here changes once you have started.
-
Find a home and ask about it
Every available home has its rent, size, deposit, pet policy and move-in date on its page. Send an inquiry from that page with any questions — it comes straight to the Minmosa team, and we reply the same day wherever we can.
-
Tour the home
We show homes in person by appointment. Come and look at it properly: open cabinets, run the faucets, check phone signal. We would rather you find a problem now than after you have signed.
-
Submit your application
Every adult 18 or over applies separately. You will need photo ID, proof of income covering the last two months, and contact details for your current and previous landlord. The application fee is shown before you begin and covers the cost of screening.
-
Screening and decision
We verify income, run credit and background checks, and contact your landlord references. This normally takes two to three business days once every applicant has submitted. We measure applications against our published criteria in the order received, and we will tell you either way.
-
Sign, pay, and move in
On approval you sign the lease and pay the security deposit and first month’s rent to hold the home. We walk the property with you at move-in, note its condition together, and hand over the keys.
