Minmosa Realty LLC operates this website. This page covers the website only — information collected during a rental application is handled under the disclosures provided with that application.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the contact form, a property inquiry form, or the availability list, we store what you type: your name, email address, optional phone number, and the details of what you are looking for.
• Basic request data. With each submission we record the page you submitted from, your IP address, and your browser's user agent string. This is used to reduce spam and to understand which pages generate genuine inquiries.
• Analytics, if enabled. Where a Google Analytics property is configured, it collects usage data subject to Google's own policies.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and to match you with homes. Joining the availability list means a person at Minmosa contacts you when something fits — it does not add you to a marketing platform. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and availability-list entries are kept while they are useful for the purpose you sent them for, and are deleted on request.

Your choices

Ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Use the contact page and say what you would like us to do.
