Minmosa Realty manages a select portfolio of single-family rental homes in Durham. We handle leasing, day-to-day management, maintenance coordination and tenant communication, and we are the company you deal with from the first inquiry through to move-out.

Our approach is built around long-term thinking, thoughtful property improvements, responsive management, and durable rental performance. Deferred maintenance gets dealt with before it becomes a tenant’s problem, and a tenant who stays five years is worth more to us than a rent increase that pushes them out.

How we work

We keep the portfolio small enough to know each house individually — its wiring, its drainage, which window sticks. Repairs go to trades we use repeatedly rather than whoever is cheapest that week. Our rental criteria and application process are published in full, applied the same way to everyone, and do not change mid-application.

Why Durham

We work in one city on purpose. Durham has a housing stock we understand — a lot of mid-century single-family homes with good bones and bad HVAC — and a rental market we can actually keep track of. Concentrating here means we can be at a property the same day rather than dispatching someone across three counties.
