Accessibility

We want this site to be usable by everyone looking for somewhere to live, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification. We build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our working standard.

What we do

• Every page is server-rendered HTML with proper landmarks and heading structure.
• All functionality is reachable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator throughout.
• Form fields have real labels, and errors are described in text rather than by color alone.
• Property photographs carry alt text written by a person, not generated.
• Text and interface colors are checked for contrast against our palette.
• Animation is minimal, and is disabled entirely when your system asks for reduced motion.

Where we know we fall short

This is an ongoing effort rather than a finished state. If you hit something that does not work — a control you cannot reach, an image without a useful description, text you cannot read — please tell us. We will fix it and, in the meantime, give you the same information another way.
