Durham rentals, locally managed

Minmosa Realty manages every home it lists. One local team handles leasing, maintenance and questions, which changes how quickly things get answered and how repairs actually get handled.

Everything currently available is listed below with its real rent, size and move-in date. If nothing here fits, the availability list is how people usually hear about our homes — most of them are spoken for before they are advertised.

Available homes

What we rent

Single-family houses, all of them in Durham. Mostly two to four bedrooms, mostly built between the 1920s and the 1960s, with one 2004 infill house for people who would rather not deal with an older building. We do not rent apartments.

How renting from us works

Our rental criteria are published in full, and every application is measured against them in the order it is received. The application process is five steps and does not change once you have started.

We aim to answer inquiries about an available home the same day. If you have a question about whether you would qualify, ask before you pay an application fee — we would rather tell you honestly up front.

Where our homes are

We concentrate on a small number of Durham neighborhoods rather than spreading across the Triangle, so that we can respond quickly and know each neighborhood well. See the neighborhoods we operate in for what the housing stock is like in each.

How we price a Durham rental home

What goes into the number on a listing, why the cheapest rent is not always the cheapest home, and why we would rather renew a good tenant than chase the market.

What to check when renting an older house in Durham

Hear about homes before they list

Tell us roughly what you are looking for and we will get in touch when something fits. No newsletter, no automated marketing — a person reads these.

We will contact you about matching homes either way — this covers occasional wider updates.
